Terms & Conditions

General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations, stays, and services offered by Melaju Estate Management. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Reservations

A reservation is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

Melaju Estate Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations under exceptional circumstances.

Payments

Depending on the accommodation and booking conditions, a deposit may be required. The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival according to the payment terms provided during the booking process.

Additional charges, including damages or extra services, may be charged after the stay if applicable.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary per accommodation and will be clearly stated during the booking process.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times vary per accommodation and will be communicated prior to arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and could involve additional charges.

Use of the Accommodation

Guests are expected to treat the accommodation with care and respect.

Parties, illegal activities, excessive noise, and any behavior causing disturbance are strictly prohibited.

The maximum number of guests may not be exceeded without prior written approval.

Damages & Security Deposit

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Melaju Estate Management reserves the right to charge guests for damages, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or missing items.

A security deposit may be required depending on the accommodation.

Liability

Melaju Estate Management shall not be held liable for:

• loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• injuries occurring during the stay
• interruptions beyond reasonable control
• temporary failures of internet, electricity, or water supply
• force majeure events including natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government actions, or travel disruptions

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, Melaju Estate Management reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations if necessary.

Privacy

Personal information will only be used for reservation management, communication, and legal obligations, in accordance with Melaju's Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Indonesia.
